In 2025, an Italian customer tested brick machine pallets from two suppliers, each providing 20 pieces. Our company offered 70% black fiberglass GMT pallets, selected after analyzing the customer’s fully automatic block machine type and production needs. Within one week of testing, our pallets showed no damage or surface defects, while the competitor’s pallets developed holes and dents. The customer was highly satisfied with our quality. The test proved that choosing the right pallet depends on factors such as load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, hardness, and fiberglass content. Small block machines can use 30–50% fiberglass pallets, but large automatic machines require 70% fiberglass pallets for stability and long-term performance.
