Blocos e Lajes Itaim Orders 3 Containers of 70% Black GMT Pallet

2026-04-29

April 2026 – Blocos e Lajes Itaim Indústria e Comércio SA, a concrete block and slab manufacturer from Brazil, has taken delivery of three full containers of our 70% black glass fiber GMT pallet.

The order includes two custom sizes:

  • 700×520×25mm for standard block production

  • 1400×660×30mm for larger slabs and heavy‑duty applications

All pallets feature 70% continuous glass fiber reinforcement with a black thermoplastic finish, delivering excellent rigidity, low water absorption, and long service life under high‑frequency brick machines.

How the cooperation started

The customer first discovered our GMT pallet through our website. After reviewing the technical specifications and product details, they contacted us directly using the information provided on our site.

Following initial discussions, a delegation from Blocos e Lajes Itaim visited our factory. They inspected the entire production line, tested sample pallets on their own brick machine, and were immediately impressed by the consistent flatness, high impact resistance, and durable surface.

“We ran the samples on our line – no deformation, no edge chipping even at high vibration,” said the plant manager. “We knew right away this was the right product for us.”

Fastest turnaround: 12 days from visit to shipment

After the successful on‑site trial, the customer placed an order for three full containers on the same day. Thanks to our lean production planning and ample raw material inventory, we completed manufacturing, quality control, and packing within just 12 days – from the date of their factory visit to the departure of the containers.

Why Blocos e Lajes Itaim chose us

The Brazilian customer highlighted four key factors:

  • Quality – The 70% glass fiber GMT pallet performed consistently, exceeding their previous pallets in strength, flatness, and durability.

  • Price – Competitive factory‑direct pricing with no compromise on material standards.

  • Delivery time – 12 days from order to shipment, perfectly matching their urgent production schedule.

  • Shipping service – Smooth logistics coordination, proper packing for ocean freight, and full export documentation.

“We’ve worked with other GMT pallet suppliers before, but none offered this level of quality and lead time. We will definitely reorder,” the customer added.

The three containers are currently en route to Santos Port and expected to arrive in late May. We look forward to continuing our support for Blocos e Lajes Itaim and more Brazilian block plants with our high‑performance GMT pallets – available in glass fiber ratios from 50% to 85%, various colors, and fully customizable sizes.
