We provide a 3-year warranty for our fiberglass pallets: 1st year: 1:1 replacement for any quality issue. 2nd year: 1:2 replacement (1 new pallet for every 2 defective pallets). 3rd year: 1:3 replacement (1 new pallet for every 3 defective pallets). Our technical team also provides guidance on installation and usage to ensure the best performance.
