1️⃣ Customer Background and Project Overview
Our long-term client from Brazil, a professional concrete block manufacturer based in São Paulo, placed an order for a full container of concrete block pallets in October. Their factory operates several fully automatic block machines and produces a variety of concrete products such as hollow blocks, paving stones, and curbstones. The customer was looking for high-performance, durable pallets to support efficient production and ensure the blocks maintain accurate shapes during vibration and curing.
After several rounds of communication and technical comparison, they chose our fiberglass concrete block pallet—a high-strength composite material combining glass fiber and thermoplastic resin. The design offers excellent impact resistance, stable performance in humid environments, and a service life far longer than traditional wooden pallets.
2️⃣ Delivery and Customer Feedback
The shipment left China in early October and arrived safely at the customer’s factory on Monday. On Thursday of the same week, the client shared production photos and videos showing the pallets in actual operation. The concrete block pallets were performing flawlessly—no cracks, no deformation, and smooth surface release during demolding. The customer commented that our pallets were much stronger and easier to clean compared to the wooden pallets they used before.
This positive feedback once again proves the consistent quality and reliability of our fiberglass block machine pallets, which can endure long-term vibration and heavy load during production without losing shape or performance.
3️⃣ Why the Customer Chose Our Pallets
When selecting suppliers, the Brazilian client compared three types of pallets: wooden pallets, steel pallets, and fiberglass GMT pallets.
Wooden pallets were cheap but easily absorbed water and deformed.
Steel pallets were strong but heavy and costly to transport.
Fiberglass concrete block pallets, however, provided the best balance—lightweight, durable, and resistant to moisture, heat, and corrosion.
After a detailed discussion about technical parameters such as pallet thickness, density, and load-bearing capacity, the customer finally selected the 1400x1300x30mm fiberglass GMT pallet for their VB4 block machine. We also offered guidance on pallet maintenance and handling to ensure maximum lifespan.
4️⃣ Ongoing Cooperation and Future Outlook
The successful use of our concrete block pallet in Brazil has opened new opportunities in South America. The client plans to expand their production line next year and already expressed intent to reorder. This project once again highlights our commitment to quality, timely service, and long-term customer trust.
We will continue to support partners worldwide by providing customized solutions for all types of block machines. Whether you need pallets for semi-automatic or fully automatic machines, our fiberglass and GMT brick machine pallets are built to perform under the toughest production conditions.
