In June 2023, we had the honor of welcoming an Italian customer in his seventies, who was energetic and full of enthusiasm. Despite his age, he traveled to our factory in China to see our production capacity and product quality for himself.
During the visit, we guided him through our raw material warehouse, production workshop, and sample room, where he carefully checked the quality of our brick pallets and block pallets. The customer was particularly interested in the durability and strength of our GMT pallets and brick machine pallets, asking detailed questions about the production process and testing methods.
To make the visit memorable, we also invited the customer to taste some local specialty food, which he greatly enjoyed. This warm hospitality, combined with our transparent production process, left a very positive impression.
After returning to Italy, the customer was fully satisfied with the experience and our professionalism. He quickly confirmed his order for concrete pallets, which we delivered on time. The pallets have now been put into actual use in his factory, and he gave us very positive feedback, especially praising the excellent quality and reliability.
