The auditors arrived with the client’s specific requirements and conducted a comprehensive review of our company information, production capacity, and product quality.
During the inspection, they performed precise data measurements and strict quality testing on our brick pallets,block pallets, and GMT pallets. The audit team carefully examined the brick machine pallet production process, ensuring every stage—from raw materials to finished products—met international standards.
The results of the audit were highly positive. On the very same day that the client received the inspection report, they immediately confirmed their order, arranged payment, and authorized us to begin production of their customized concrete pallets for QTJ-24 block machine.
Now, two years later, the Brazilian customer continues to use these pallets in their concrete block production line. Remarkably, the pallets remain in excellent condition, showing no damage and looking almost as new as the day they were delivered.
