The centerpiece of the display was a fiber block pallet made with 70% glass fiber reinforcement and pressed on the company’s new 3600‑ton hydraulic line, achieving a density of 1.3 g/cm³ – well above industry averages. Visitors could test the pallet’s surface hardness (>75 Shore D), low water absorption (≤0.5%), and complete resistance to warping.
A wide range of products were shown, including standard brick machine pallet sizes (850×450×20mm, 900×550×30mm) and custom options up to 1500×1400mm. One popular item was a cinder block pallet with steel edges, designed for humid climates and steam curing chambers. “We were especially interested in the steel‑edged model because it prevents corner chipping,” said a buyer from Ghana, who took two samples home for field testing.
The term block machine pallet was on the lips of many visitors, as the company demonstrated how CNC‑machined tolerances (±2mm length/width, ±1mm thickness) guarantee consistent block thickness. Several European customers requested quotes for custom sizes after seeing the precision finishing.
The booth was busy throughout the fair. Sales representatives conducted over 100 in‑depth discussions. Three on‑site trial orders were signed – a Brazilian block plant ordered 1,000 pieces of 70% fiber pallets, and an Indonesian buyer ordered 500 pieces of 50% fiber pallets. More than 15 customers walked away with gmt pallet samples to evaluate in their own production lines.
“We are very satisfied with the response,” said Noah Wang, sales manager. “Our new 3600‑ton press not only increases density but also improves the consistency of every fiber block pallet we produce. Buyers saw the difference and didn’t hesitate to take samples or place small orders.”
