Our Brazilian customer is about to put their new factory into operation. Even before the plant was launched, the customer had already purchased brick machine pallets from us. Previously, they had been using wooden pallets, but faced several challenges:
Short service life, easily damaged
High water absorption, becoming heavier and harder to handle
Easy to warp and deform over time, causing uneven bricks
Relatively high cost with low cost-effectiveness
After learning about these issues, the customer decided to switch to our fiberglass brick machine pallets. Compared with traditional wooden pallets, our pallets offer higher durability and load-bearing capacity, with no water absorption and no deformation, ensuring the stability of brick dimensions. The customer is highly satisfied with the product and plans to use it throughout their new factory.
