May 2026 – Over the past 12 months, our GMT pallet orders have grown by 30% compared to the previous year. While this growth reflects strong customer trust, it also created a challenge: our original two production lines were running at full capacity, making it difficult to maintain stable and predictable delivery dates.
To address this, we made a strategic decision in February 2026 to invest in a third production line. This new line is specifically optimized for producing high-quality block machine pallet solutions. After three months of installation and testing, the new line was officially put into operation on May 15.
What the third line brings:
Stable 10-day delivery – With three lines running in parallel, we can now offer a reliable lead time of around 10 working days for all standard orders, eliminating delays caused by production bottlenecks. Every brick machine pallet we produce will ship on schedule.
6% higher density – The new line features a 3200-ton hydraulic press, which significantly increases compaction force on glass fiber and resin. The result is a denser, more uniform fiber board that resists impact and wear far better than conventional materials.
Greater production flexibility – The third line can run independently or be synchronized with the other two lines, allowing us to handle multiple large container orders simultaneously without cross‑interference.
“We did not want to simply add another ordinary line,” said our production manager. “We specifically chose a higher‑tonnage press to improve both output and product quality. The 3200‑ton hydraulic machine is the core of this upgrade, directly benefiting every block machine pallet we manufacture.”
Benefits for our customers:
No more unpredictable waiting times – order with confidence knowing your GMT pallet will be ready in about 10 days.
Higher density means fewer deformations and edge chips, especially when used as a brick machine pallet in high‑frequency plants.
Our enhanced fiber board also lasts longer under wet curing and heavy stacking.
The third line is now fully integrated with our raw material crushing system and CNC finishing section. All three lines are operating at stable efficiency, delivering consistent quality across every GMT pallet, block machine pallet, brick machine pallet, and fiber board we produce.
