Italian Customer Test Results: Our 70% Fiberglass Brick Machine Pallets Outperformed Other Suppliers’ Pallets in Durability and Strength

Recently, one of our Italian customers tested 20 pieces of our 70% black fiberglass brick machine pallets (GMT pallets) and compared them with 20 pieces from another supplier.

Before recommending the right product, we carefully analyzed the customer’s block machine type and production process.
For large fully automatic brick machines, pallet selection must consider load-bearing capacity, impact resistance, and overall hardness to ensure long-term stability and production efficiency.
While small or semi-automatic block machines can use fiberglass pallets with 30%–50% fiberglass content, large-scale brick production lines require high-strength pallets with 70% fiberglass content concrete pallet to handle heavy vibration and pressure during molding.

After one week of continuous testing, the customer reported that our fiberglass reinforced block machine pallets showed no cracks, no surface damage, and excellent flatness.
However, the pallets from another supplier had many holes and dents on the surface, likely due to poor material quality and insufficient impact resistance — the customer was very disappointed with those results.

This successful test once again demonstrates that choosing the correct fiberglass GMT pallet based on the machine type is essential for efficient and stable brick production.
