In 2022, we welcomed a customer from the Republic of Congo who decided to cooperate with us for the first time. At the beginning, the client was concerned about the quality of brick pallets and wanted to make sure that our products could fully meet their production requirements.
To gain confidence, the customer personally visited our factory. During the visit, they carefully inspected every step of our production process – from raw material processing to the boiler room, and from the block pallet production workshop to the final GMT pallet assembly line. The client showed strong interest in the way we manufacture brick machine pallets and carried out a thorough quality check.
Later, we organized a professional quality testing session together with the client. The results proved the excellent durability and strength of our concrete pallets, exceeding the client’s expectations.
Impressed by our production capacity, strict quality control, and transparent process, the Congolese customer immediately confirmed the order on the same day. They signed the contract, paid the deposit, and we officially started production of their customized block pallets.
This successful cooperation marked the beginning of a long-term partnership. It also demonstrated the trust that international clients place in our brick pallet solutions for concrete block making machines.
